BASIC PRINCIPLES OF YOGA, 2nd May

The work on yoga postures (asanas) is essential to develop the body's flexibility, strength and balance. The practice of asanas is led by principles which are described in particular in Astanga yoga. Those principles deal with anti-gravitational, relaxation and  breathing techniques which are the basis of, not only asanas but every day life in general. Whatever, if you practice yoga or not, these techniques will help you to improve your posture, your breathing, and your wellness in general.

Acupressure is an old Chinese therapy using pressure on acupuncture points to clear blockages on the meridians. It belongs to the family of Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Reflexology...etc. Acupressure is like a simplified Shiatsu you can perform on yourself. It is mostly used for common illnesses such as flue, backaches, headaches, teeth pain, menstruation pain, insomnia, general fatigue, constipation... but also as regular massage to balance and free energy.
