Acrylic Pouring Workshop 4 Kids (8 years+)

School Holiday Workshop

Organised by Riverside Education

Friday, 14th April, 1.30pm to 2.30pm

Limited to 12 participants

$10 per child.

(children under 8 must bring an adult to actively work beside them)

At Riverside Centre

Acrylic Pouring is a fascinating fluid painting technique. It is based on acrylic paint, which can be brought into a liquid, pourable consistency by adding a pouring medium and other additives as required.

Depending on the technique, this liquefied paint is poured into each other or tilted onto the canvas and distributed by tilting the painting surface. Different effects are created depending on the choice of paint, the medium, and the additives.

You don’t need any previous drawing or painting skills for the acrylic flow technique.

Each participant will go home with their own one-of-a-kind piece of art. Please keep in mind that we will be working with acrylic paints that, in most cases, do not wash out of clothes.

Limited to 12 participants 5 years and older. An adult must accompany kids under eight years old.
