If you love Thai food and always wanted to learn how to cook it from scratch, then this workshop is for YOU! Forget about 'flavour cans' from the supermarket and learn the real deal instead!
Cee and Pim will teach you two popular Thai dishes (Chicken Satay and Yellow Thai Curry) that will have your family and friends asking for seconds, thirds and fourths... You will not only experience what authentic Thai Cuisine tastes like, but also what herbs and spices you need from now on in your pantry and how to prepare your ingredients to fully bring out the flavour in them - knowledge that will allow you to create your own thai inspired dishes in the future...
This is a hands-on, fun, cooking workshop where participants are expected to prepare the dishes together after an initial demonstration of the two courses. Tasting the goodness along the way is essential ;)
Both dishes are gluten-free and dairy-free!
