Discover the Power of Forum

Dive into the core principles of the Forum — a transformative group and community-building process that cultivates transparency, self-responsibility, and trust. Learn how it works, when it thrives, and how it turns individual insight into collective growth. The Forum Foundational Training Course is a 4-day experience designed to connect with our essence, nourish ourselves from the mirrors of the group's diversity, and (re)discover the different modalities of the ZEGG Forum tool.

Forum creates a safe space for group challenges/problems to be heard, explored and transformed and for achievements to be celebrated. It is an invitation for something new to emerge - for those things that we don’t know that we don’t know to come to the surface. Forum is a group facilitation process that builds self-awareness, honest communication, and trust in communities. It is a creative way to hold personal sharings by providing a stage on which community members can make public their true motivations, deep feelings and ideas to their fellow bodies. Through transparent sharing, questions of daily life can become an invaluable focus and catalyst for individual and community growth

Forum originated from the founders of the ZEGG Community in Germany and Tamera Community in Portugal. It is the facilitation tool at ZEGG community and has supported the community-building process since it was founded in 1978, providing a space for cultural transformation, emotional hygiene, conflict prevention and resolution, and creativity.

In this course, you will:

• Deepen self-awareness and strengthen self-confidence

• Develop greater authenticity and conflict competence within groups

• Experience synergy, collective intelligence, and moments of healing that foster cultural transformation"
