Ena Rivière Feder and Andrea Daniel Oswald (Forum Trainers and Zegg community members) are coming to New Zealand to share Forum with community projects here.
This experiential program introduces participants to the ZEGG Forum as a response to a world shaped by polarisation, ecological crisis, democratic decline and social fragmentation, offering practical tools to move beyond the paradigm of separation and cultivate community.
Through Forum practice, reflective exercises and group processes, participants learn to express themselves authentically within a witnessing circle and to understand the structure of the Forum, the role of facilitators, and principles such as slowing down, amplifying what is alive, and holding tension safely. The training introduces feedback culture, emotional awareness, transparency and sensitivity to power dynamics, while also clarifying the possibilities and limits of the Forum and how it differs from therapy, providing guidance for holding space with care.
Participants will explore the Forum as a powerful tool for social transformation. They will learn the structure of the Forum, including the role of the circle, the facilitator, inner attitudes and the social field, and experience it as both ritual and practice through collective presence, witnessing and transformation. The training cultivates a rich feedback culture, developing skills in giving and receiving both supportive and challenging reflections. Emotional awareness and regulation are emphasised, with conscious work on feelings, needs, projections and emotional baggage.

Also - an introductory evening in February will be announced soon. Reach out if you want to hear more.
