Here is another opportunity for you to spend a couple of hours bonding with one of your favourite young people, exploring a new technique you may not have the chance to experience. This workshop could change your life.
Brain gym exercises can help improve a person's speech, reading, and thinking skills. They are easy to perform and can help a person learn a new task quickly. Brain Gym Exercises have also been proven to improve people's focus and energy levels. These exercises are also beneficial in reducing stress and improving mood. And they are fun!
Brain Gym is all about bringing more joy and love into your life and involves 26 designed movement activities for everyday life. Brain Gym supports kids and adults to perform daily tasks with more care and experience movement, posture and sensory processing more easily. It is a holistic system.
Brain Gym offers a proven approach that addresses and incorporates the often overlooked physical components of learning — visual, auditory, motor, and stress management skills.
Alexandra is an experienced educational Kinesiologist and offers this fun introductory session incorporating Brain Gym™ to boost concentration levels, remove learning blockages, overcome anxiety and much more.
Suitable for all ages. Please note that this workshop is specifically for pairs of one child and one adult.
