A lot of people think making a hard cheese is difficult and time consuming. What if we told you that that doesn't need to be so? That there is a way for you to make a beautiful cheese with just a few litres of milk, basic kitchen equipment, no commercial starter and minimal effort? 

More than two hundred participants before you have gone home after just two hours spend with us in the kitchen-  feeling empowered and up-skilled. Come along this October, we are looking forward to meeting you.
