About the Event

An inspiring session for all who are interested in creating participative, transparent and effective ways of organisation and decision making in groups with Jenny Wilke

Do you work or are part of a group, organisation, institution or community and want to get to know a way to set up transparent structures that provide clarity about roles and positions of responsibility? Are you interested in techniques and tools that guarantee clear, effective and transparent ways of communication? Do you want to get an idea about ways of effective decision-making that give everyone a voice?

Sociocracy is often called the „best kind of democracy“ or a „deeper democracy“. It combines the principle of including everyone in decisions who is affected by them, while being efficient and able to get things done. It’s a tool that empowers groups to put their energy into fulfilling their purpose instead of labouring with unclear working processes.

Explore the basic principles…
