What better way to celebrate the recent announcement of no new offshore oil permits than with a fabulous concert! Local acts come together in joy at this important step in NZ's clean energy future. The Lineup! 6pm What About Eve? - Rootsy folky soulful sounds from Lynda and Florian 7pm Roger Sanders - Storytelling wizardry to dazzle and amaze 8pm Irie Vibes - Local reggae legends bring the good vibrations There will also be some brief speakers between acts, including,Tania Corbett, the Renewables, information on Biochar, MC and conscious music Paul Taxi and possibly a Kapahaka performance! Light supper available. This event will raise both awareness and funds for the people in Taranaki still living in the shadow of large fossil fuel interests.
