An introduction to mindfulness for children. We will use music and games to learn and gathering tools to experience calm. We will explore the miracle of the body, how emotions come and go. We will learn how mindfulness helps us to listen and speak with kindness. There is a possibility of more sessions depending on how the first session goes.
