Ten week course to learn very effective ways to meditate. Each class will build on the previous one with lots of practice. You will learn how to deeply relax and bring your mind into a calm, focused and natural state. Often we have our 'monkey mind' jump up and down with so many thoughts. This course helps you to bypass and calm this 'monkey mind', to find a truly calm and peaceful state within.
