Come along to experience 4 different styles of yoga;
Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
VINYASA FLOW with Jo
You will be guided through a flowing and dynamic sequence of Sun Salutations; synchronising breath and movement. Intended to warm up the body, improve strength and flexibility of the muscles and distribute the energy flow throughout the system.
HATHA with Debbie
In this style of Yoga you will practice floor postures and breathing techniques. Linking breath and movement with a more gentle approach, holding poses for a number of breaths to allow the body to lengthen, expand and release.
YIN YOGA with Debbie
This is a slow and passive approach to Yoga, where we will hold the poses for a longer period, targeting the fascia (connective tissue), allowing the muscles to soften and relax, working on all levels of being. It is a meditative practice of re-connection and surrender, releasing fascial tension in the body.
YOGA NIDRA with Jo
Known as Yogic Sleep, it is a meditative practice for deep relaxation and healing, intended to induce total physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
