'Communication is something we all do every day. The results I created with my communication were not always what I intended - results don’t lie! 

How is it for you?

Through attending Building Communication Bridges (BCBs) with Janet Redmond, I experienced that communication is so much more than exchanging information; it is, in fact, how I relate to myself, to others, my partner, family and friends, and any human being.

By exploring Roadblocks to communicating and listening, I became painfully aware why communications didn't land, and why connections failed. Using seemingly magical tools - new Distinctions and Insights - something completely different is possible.

Taking the courage to share from a vulnerable heart is deeply connecting and also healing. Everyone has the power to choose to create intimacy and friendship with authenticity. During the BCB, when my communication was fully received, I noticed how deeply satisfying and heart-warming that was. And learning to be that kind of listener for others is pure joy for me.

The invitation is to co-create the space, bringing your ‘yes’ to gather new tools for listening, speaking your truth, and discovering new things. Only you can uncover what truly matters to you and let this speak from your heart.
