Meet at front of Riverside Centre
Come learn about wild edible plants/herbs, nutrition, connecting and grounding. • how to identify the plants around you • explore the nutritional properties and healing qualities of some of the local flora • connect with plants in a honoring way • experience the abundance of free food
This workshop will take approx 2.5 - 3 hours. Please bring a note pad ,camera, drink bottle, gum boots / boots and an umbrella if it looks like it might rain. If you are someone that likes to graze regularly on food or gets hungry every couple of hours.....then it might be a good idea to bring a snack. Please note that this workshop will not go ahead if we have less than 10 registrations. Of course a full refund will be given if we need to cancel due to low numbers.
