If anger was a sword, you probably would not want to swing it around wildly & risk hurting others. You probably would not want to keep it deep inside where it could hurt you and occasionally slip out sideways with revengeful swipes. And what about hiding the sword away in order to be adaptive to the whims of others?

Unconscious anger is often associated with aggression, violence, abuse, fighting, lashing out, self-harm and more.

Less well-known is the other end of the scale, where numbness or a low level of connection to anger results in lack of motivation & purpose, low drive, lethargy, lack of clarity & lack of presence.

It turns out that as adults anger has its rightful place in our bodies, where it can be used to hold internal and external clarity, boundaries, decisions, commitments, integrity, stay centred in our own inner authority, and take a stand for what is important to us.

Enter Rage Club, the space to experience anger as a neutral form of energy, explore your current relationship to it, and glimpse how this energy can be used consciously in creative ways.
