Despite progress in technology and medicine, people in today's world continue to suffer greatly from anxiety and depression. Meditation enables one to discover peace within oneself, allowing one to overcome inner turmoil and unlock enormous hidden potential.
Offering an atmosphere in which to deepen one's understanding and experience of meditation. Let’s come together weekly and form a Meditation Tribe where one can learn gentle and easy meditation tools and practices with me to improve health and wellbeing.
Meditating with a group helps to develop a habit. It’s easy to find excuses not to meditate at home. A meditation group can provide the necessary encouragement for developing a consistent practice. There is a synergy which is created when people meditate together. The healing power cultivated in group meditation is far more effective than in meditating alone. Let’s learn from each other. Meditation can help develop a real connection with the people while tapping into the same silence and source of peace simultaneously. Meditating in a group is a fun and healthy way to socialise and learn a new skill that is good for one’s mind, body, and spirit.
Some cushions are available for sitting on the floor. Chairs are available as another alternative.
Please bring a notepad/journal and a pen with you.
