'Hine, this is your invitation to share a lush experience of melting into a place of inner acknowledgement , nourishment and gentleness together as women and tend to our hearts, bodies & wombs. For when mothers are tended to and enriched, they outpour into the people around them simply tjrough their authentic, radiant presence.
This gathering is my gift to YOU, and to the nurturing hearts of this community.
Each gathering we will drop into…
- opening the space with warm welcome & herbal tea
- a fireside meditation & reflections
- gentle sharing circle
- a nourishing practice of self belly/breast/body massage or connection
- closing the space with care & future seeds of tending
About your facilitator:
Kassandra Angus is a Traditional Reproductive Therapist who has been working in the world of womens wisdom since her early 20's. Over her years working one on one with women to heal their bodies & come into a place of softness, self trust & empowerment she has expanded her work into holding group journeys & explorations for women to experience their own inner wisdom & land in a greater sense of self nourishment.
Presently in Motueka & Tasman area, she is weaving offerings together for the younger female community & their families so they may grow rooted in their own well of love and wisdom.
To attend a N O U R I S H gathering you are simply invited to bring:
yourself + cushions for extra comfort + a tea mug + whatever else you need to be cozy.
Contribution of $10-20 towards the costs is welcome, but not required. If you are unable to contribute please come. You need this space of nourishment to fill your cup mama, join us & let yourself be held by the sweet weave of woman. KOHA welcome.
Registration allows me to prepare for the number of women intended, sends you a reminder email with further details & notification of future gatherings. If you intend to attend all future ones please choose all of them when booking your RSVP.'
