With Wojciech Zawadzki & Ewa Szczepaniak

Friday, 17th April to 19th April

Friday, 6pm to 8.30pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday, 10am to 2pm

Options for Saturday night after the training: enjoying community, eating out together, watching a movie related to the topic, open reflection and integration.

At Riverside CentreTrainers:

Peace in the world begins with peace inside you. And peace inside you is not softness, avoidance, or spiritual ideas. It is crystal-clear clarity moving through your body.

When you are truly present, you are not taken over by confusion, doubt, reactivity, or dissociation. You experience a clarity of what is. Your anger lives in your bones. It brings you into the here and now. It gives you boundaries, structure, and solidity.

Fear sharpens your senses. It makes you awake, alert, and responsive. Sadness softens your tissues. It makes your body liquid, open, capable of letting go. They are archetypal resources.

When you surrender to gravity - not as an idea, but as a physical experience - you discover what it means to be held. Held by the Earth. Held by Gaia. Supported without effort.

From that place, something unnecessary drops - the need to prove, the fight to be right, the search for validation. There is simply life - moving through you.

From here, anger does not need to attack. Clarity does not need to shout. Power does not need to dominate. You can use your anger without fighting. Your heart can remain soft and open while your boundaries are firm. Sharp clarity requires only one thing - embodied presence.

Peaceful Warrior is not a role. It is not an identity to perform. It is a state in which your archetypal forces - anger, fear, sadness, joy - flow freely through your physical body. From there, you act with resonance and clarity, inhabiting the experience of being anchored in your adult self.

During this weekend, you will receive fundamental distinctions and start an experiential journey through guided exercises - individually, in pairs, and in group processes. You will also work with a wooden training sword. The sword becomes a physical extension of clarity, direction, and boundary - not as a weapon, but as a tool for alignment.

You will be met exactly where you are, whether you are new to anger work or already experienced.
