Honeyjane, a passionate permaculturalist and kai enthusiast, helps young people create simple, healthy, and delicious meals on a budget. With experience in hospitality, food production, healing, and conservation from Australia, Aotearoa, and the U.K., she serves as the Head Chef at "Komitimiti," a Riverside community café.

Leenas, cooking since age 13, brings his spice and flavor experimentation to the table, crafting diverse dishes from basic pantry or garden ingredients. Now 16, he skillfully uses his home-forged knives and adds humor to his culinary endeavors.

Join them for an entertaining and informative cooking class. Participants will use four vegetarian base ingredients to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hands-on workshop includes discussions on seasonal garden produce, body fuel, and defining family meals.

Enjoy a feast at the end and take home the recipes. Bring a friend for this delicious experience!

Limited to 14 young adults, 16 to 25 years young. Bookings are essential and close Friday, 13th March at 2pm. Book Now
