A message from the facilitator:

'The Red Tent is a pop-up village of women who meet monthly. We welcome every woman from menarche (first menstrual bleed) to post menopause and beyond - our hope is to create an intergenerational sharing circle and a safe space to turn up and BE YOURSELF in whatever mood or state you're in - we've got you! 

The Red Tent is a space for slowing down and reconnecting with yourself, your community and the wisdom we share as women. Wherever you are in your life cycle, menstrual cycle or moon cycle, the Red Tent is a place to experience belonging and companionship with other women. It is a space to meet ourselves just as we are on the day and in that moment. Whether you need an opportunity for you to go inwards and rest, a supportive community and connection, or a space for your emotions to safely come to the surface to be released, this is the space for you.

We'll have a break in the middle of the circle to stretch out, grab a cuppa and eat some delicious snacks with the beautiful women in our circle.

This is an open group, so you may come regularly or just attend when you can, as long as you've registered first.
