Come along and experience a variety of different styles of yoga. Including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga.
Vinyasa Flow - is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. We will flow through rounds of Sun Salutations to warm up the whole body.
Hatha yoga - you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.
Yin yoga - works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses, targeting the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body.
Restorative yoga - is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in 2 or 3 restful poses. You will be supported by props to enhance and deepen your experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release
Suitable for all levels.
