Welcome to the 2nd session of South France specialties. This time, we will cook the unavoidable "Fougasse", a bread dough poked through with olives, bacon, onions, olive oil and herbs, baked with cheese.
The Fougasse will be served with Tapenade (dressing of olives, anchovies, capers and herbs mixed together), Anchoiade ( mayonnaise with garlic, anchovies and lemon) and mysterious old fashion perfumed cheese...! You will also learn to cook those dressings and take them home for a festive lunch. Bring a container! Limited places... so register soon!
