The ancient kitchen craft called fermentation is having a come-back. More and more people are realising that we need some naturally fermented foods in or diets to maintain gut health and subsequent overall well-being. But how to do it?

This 2 hour workshop will demystify the techniques and empower you to go home and let it bubble. We will use commonly available vegetables and other ingredients to create delicious and nourishing condiments.
