Adriana will be back to the Riverside community center to get you through a sourdough beginner's journey. Her method of sourdough making is simple and she will show you that sourdough baking doesn't have to be complicated: 'Most people that have been to my workshops have had tried sourdough baking and have given up because they couldn't fit it into their routine. I want everyone to learn and enjoy baking bread without feeling overwhelmed.'
So book your spot and come and join the group for some tips and tasty samples. Please bring a small glass jar if you like to take some starter home to start baking your own artisan sourdough bread.
