An evening of Open Floor Dance with Hester Phillips.
Step into a welcoming, inclusive and safe space open to every ‘body’ and delve into the 'Open Floor' conscious dance practice. On the Open Floor we do not learn to dance but dance to learn. Movement is used as a tool to explore, have fun and heal. There are no steps to learn or right or wrong ways to do things. The invitation is to come just as you are, to join others doing the same 'right' alongside you. Beginners warmly welcomed.
