Blue Lotus is a sacred high-vibration flower that embodies the purest consciousness. It has many amazing benefits; combining it with a crystal sound bath will support more profound relaxation & enhancing the dream state. This optional extra before the crystal sound bath includes brief info about Blue Lotus, invocation & guided visualisation.
Held with great reverence by your facilitator Katyayani, a natural, intuitive sacred space holder who creates a safe container for your journey.
Crystal Sound Bath
Crystal Sound Bath starts at 7pm (doors open at 6.45pm)
Katyayani guides you through a deep relaxation & chakra meditation sound bath in Shavasana to the sacred sounds of the crystal singing bowls & chakra chimes. Both are attuned to 432 hertz, the harmonic nature of Mama Gaia.
As our bodies are crystalline in structure, they are receptive to deep healing on all levels through sound therapy. As you surrender to the vibrations, your body will be cleansed, balanced & recalibrated. Leaving you relaxed, peaceful & in a state of bliss. Gift yourself this space to nourish the deepest layers of your being. All are welcome; no experience is required.

Yoga mat & blanket or anything else to ensure your comfort during the session.
