Being exposed to constant stress, the modern world is fast and demanding on our bodies, Minds and Spirit.
Sound meditation, sound baths or sound immersion therapy are an effective modality to help reduce stress create a deep sense of connection and helps to activate the bodies self healing mechanisms. It enhances concentration and focus and stimulates creativity even with just one session the benefits are evident.
We are lying down on the floor for 90 minutes, beginning with a small guided relaxation time. Soon the stresses will fall away as the sound waves are weaving their beauty throughout your whole being.
please bring a mat and anything to be comfy on the floor ( pillow, blanket etc.)
